Back in 2016, we created a small WhatsApp group with one simple objective — helping professionals discover better career opportunities. There was no business plan, no investors, and no product roadmap. Just a belief that sharing the right opportunity with the right person could genuinely change someone's life.
Over the years, that single group evolved into a trusted professional community where members helped one another by sharing jobs, preparing for interviews, reviewing resumes, mentoring peers, exchanging knowledge and supporting career growth. The platform currently operates with most features available free of charge. Optional premium services may be introduced in the future.
Where mentoring, coaching or training involves payments, pricing may be determined or approved by Talent & Beyond in accordance with future platform policies.
Talent & Beyond may introduce platform fees or commissions in future releases. Such changes will always be communicated before implementation.
